My approach is structured and evidence-led. We assess your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns and relevant testing to understand what is driving your symptoms, not just managing them.
From there, we build a clear nutrition and lifestyle strategy designed to improve stability, not add overwhelm.
About Katja
My path to becoming a Nutritionist started to help my own body - for years I felt like I was living in a body that wasn’t mine. I felt like I was constantly in battle with my own body.
From suffering with an auto-immune condition (I’ve now been in remission for 12 years and counting!) to being told I had “unexplainable menstrual issues” and IBS. I’ve been dealt my fair share of health issues and I know first hand what it’s like to feel dismissed and like you’re not getting the answers you need.
From my own health struggles I realised no one was looking at the body as a whole and this is where my passion for the human body and nutrition started.
I believe the body works as one very intelligent machine that wants to be in a state of balance not dis-ease. Using the power of Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine I’ve been able to keep my auto-immune condition at bay, heal my painful periods & irregular cycles and I no longer suffer with IBS.
