Hi, I’m Katja

I'm a Nutritional Therapist and Women’s Health Coach specialising in gut, skin and hormone health - but my work began long before the qualifications.

For years I battled gut issues, painful and irregular periods, Acne, an auto-immune condition and weight gain… all while navigating a career in London’s past-paced corporate world. I looked “fine” on the outside but, on the inside - I felt exhausted, disconnected and constantly dismissed with the familiar “everything looks normal”, “you’ll just have to live with it”.

Healing myself changed my entire life and it’s the reason why I now help women rebuild their health and ultimately, transform their life.

MY STORY

I spent YEARS tying to push through symptoms that weren’t normal

  • Bloating that made every outfit comfortable and made me cancel nights out

  • Unpredictable digestion that made me fear food and avoid eating out

  • Acne that knocked my confidence and made me not want to leave the house

  • Periods that left me bed bound and drained for weeks at a time.

I was ambitious, driven and capable… but my body was struggling and I felt like I was drowning.

When the conventional methods failed to give me the answers I needed, I turned to nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I dove head first into how I could use nutrition as medicine rather than fearing food - this is what sparked me to start studying.

As I started implementing everything I was learning, my body started to change and my symptoms started to shift…

This experience became the foundation of the method that I now share with those who want to feel at home in their bodies again - especially those juggling demanding careers, businesses, family, busy lives and high expectations.

My Training & Expertise

My practice blends lived experience with formal training in nutrition, functional health and lifestyle medicine. My background includes:

  • Qualified Nutritional Therapist (Level 3 Diploma)

  • BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy - currently studying

  • Certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York (Level 4 Diploma)

    • Learnt from some of the words leading health & wellness experts from the likes of Dr Mark Hyman, Daniel Amen, Zach Bush, Deanna Minich, Gabor Maté and Terry Wahls.

  • Yoga Nidra Teacher - for nervous system regulation

  • Various CPD training in functional nutrition, gut health, hormones, lifestyle medicine and Wome’s health

  • Combined with a decade working in London’s finance industry, I bring realistic, lived understanding of how to create sustainable health whilst trying to juggle a demanding carer and home life.

My Philosophy

I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, balanced and empowered in her body - not confused by her symptoms or dismissed when she feels like something isn’t quite right.

My goal is to educate, help bring awareness back to your body so you can understand it on a deeper level and to understand what your symptoms are trying to tell you - because your symptoms are messages from the body.

I believe health isn’t found in rigid routines, counting calories or workouts that burn you out - it’s found in understanding your body and building sustainable habits that support YOU, your individual needs and your lifestyle.
