I’m incredibly selective about the brands I partner with. If you follow me on instagram you’ll know I speak about these brands a lot.
Every brand you’ll find on this page (all pictures my own) is here because it’s something I genuinely use consistently, not simple because I’ve been offered a discount code.
I care about quality, ingredients, sourcing and testing, but I also care about whether something actually fits into real life.
These aren’t products sitting untouched in a PR cupboard. They’re products you’ll genuinely find in my bathroom, kitchen and supplement cupboard.

Bone broth is one of those things I love incorporating into my own diet whether it’s in dishes or drinking it in the AM - and Freja makes it easy to do just that.

The main reason why I love Doctor Seaweed is because their founder is a Marine Biologist. Who better to buy a product from that is derived from the sea!
I personally love and use their Collagen. This is the only collagen powder I’ve used that actually works. I avoided recommending or buying any form of collagen for years because I just didn’t feel any of the market were that great - Doctor Seaweed is really a head above the rest.

One of my biggest frustrations with the wellness industry is how difficult it can be to know whether you’re buying a product that is genuinely worth your money. I like the fact Healf has a three-step curation process whereby they get expert validation and community testing before it’s listed on their website.
That doesn’t mean I automatically recommend every single product they sell - supplements should still be chose on an individual basis but, I do value having somewhere I can shop from a carefully curated range of brands.

WHY I USE ITIM8
When life is busy, I’m a big believer in making healthy choices easier and IM8 has become one of those shortcuts in my own routine.
I use Daily Ultimate Essentials myself and one of the reasons why I use it is because of the level of testing behind this product. IM8 publishes its third-party testing results, and Daily Ultimate Essentials is independently listed by NSF. IM8 also publishes its NSF certified for Sport documentation and batch testing results.
