I’m Katja Alexandra, a Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut, hormone and skin health.

My work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. After struggling with acne, digestive issues, auto-immune condition and hormonal disruption myself, I understand what it feels like to be told everything is “normal” when your body feels anything but.

That experience led me to train in Nutritional Therapy and develop a structured, science-led approach focused on identifying patterns across gut function, inflammation and hormone regulation.

Today, I work with ambitious women who want clarity, not guesswork and a practical, evidence-based strategy to address persistent symptoms.
